Maintenance emergencies include:

No heat
No water
Flooding/plumbing issues (clogged toilet, clogged sink etc.)
Electrical issues
Smoke detector issues, or a
Lock out (please note that if an after-hour lockout does occur, a $75.00 fee will be applied to your account)

Requests that are not an EMERGENCY will be reviewed during regular business hours.
